ICS has been around since 1990.  Now located in Joplin, Missouri, ICS is owned and operated by Chris Faulkner.  Our software was developed as a DOS-BASED application for a major hospital in 1989. In 1997, the decision was made to recreated ICS in a 32 bit environment for Windows. In 2000, we released our 64 bit version.  Today, ICS can be found in hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, bakeries, and beverage bars throughout the US.

The goal of ICS was to create an application that would help institutional cafeterias become more profitable. We have proven it works.  ICS is not only a Point of Sale but a tool for tracking meals, patients, and general use of the cafeteria in an institutional system. The software calculates real head counts, average meal cost, and inventory control. Reducing the labor side and increasing the use of your cafeteria results in an increase in the revenue for your organization.  Our latest version takes on all of the hospitality business.
