Support Agreement Customers ICS is sold as a subscription with support included. Support covers phone support and updates. Phone Support for Non Support Agreement CustomersICS will only charge for phone support for Out Of Scope or Non-ICS reasons. Phone support is billed at $1.00 per minute with a minimum of 15 minutes. On-Site Training and SupportTravel time to your location is billed at $50 per hour with a cap of $350 per day. On-site labor is billed at $95 per hour with a cap of $500 per day.
Custom Reports or Custom ProgrammingIn-House programming time is $50 per hour with a cap of $350 per day. On-site programming time is $95 per hour with a cap of $500 per day. Off-site programming is $45.00 an hour with a cap of $300 per day.* Please note a cap rate is one block of 8 hours and not necessarily a physical day. It also must be the same project or incident to count towards the 8 hour block.
