Support Agreement Customers
 
        ICS is sold as a subscription with support included.  Support covers phone support and updates.
 
Phone Support for Non Support Agreement Customers
ICS will only charge for phone support for Out Of Scope or Non-ICS reasons.  Phone support is billed at $1.00 per minute with a minimum of 15 minutes. You can call us  at 620-778-1117.
eMail Support
eMail support is free at this time, however, it may take up to 24 hours before you get a response.  You can email questions to support@cafeteriapos.com.
On-Site Training and Support
Travel time to your location is billed at $50 per hour with a cap of $350 per day.  On-site labor is billed at $95 per hour with a cap of $500 per day.
Custom Reports or Custom Programming
In-House programming time is $50 per hour with a cap of $350 per day.  On-site programming time is $95 per hour with a cap of $500 per day.  Off-site programming is $45.00 an hour with a cap of $300 per day.

 * Please note a cap rate is one block of 8 hours and not necessarily a physical day.  It also must be the same project or incident to count towards the 8 hour block.
